CUBS PICK UP TWO MORE WINS AT MIKE SMITH CLASSIC
The Brenham Cub Basketball Team wrapped up tournament play at the Mike Smith Classic in Victoria yesterday (Thursday) with a pair of wins.
In the first game, the Cubs defeated Port Lavaca Calhoun 75-44. They would then beat King High School from Kingsville, Texas, 72-41.
Brenham ended up going 3-1 in the tournament, and they are now 18-2 on the season.
Next up, the Cubs return to district play on Tuesday night when they visit Lake Creek for a 6:30pm start time.
