RT-C SPLITS DOUBLEHEADER WITH DIME BOX

The Round Top-Carmine Cubette Basketball Team picked up another district win last (Tuesday) night as they beat Dime Box 59-36.

Tess Eilers led the Cubettes with 18 points. Kennedy Flinn finished with 16 points. Jill Eilers added 12 points.

RT-C jumped out to a 36-18 lead at halftime and never had to look back.

With the win, the Cubettes are now 9-4 on the season, and 9-1 in district.

In the second game of the double header, The Round Top-Carmine Cubs lost to Dime Box 58-43. Cash Robertson led the Cubs with 12 points. Tre'Veon Fisher and Tanner Schobel had eight points each.

Next up, RT-C will travel to McDade on Friday.
