WELFARE CHECK TURNS INTO ARREST

  

A welfare check turned into an arrest for a Brenham man Tuesday.

Brenham Police report that Tuesday afternoon at 2:30, Officers responded to the 900 block of North Park Street in reference to welfare concern. Upon arrival, investigation revealed that Tracy McCullough, 49 of Brenham, was Intoxicated in public and has a criminal trespass warning for the property.  McCullough was placed in custody for Public Intoxication and Criminal Trespass and transported to the Washington County jail for booking.
