BROOKSHIRE MAN ARRESTED AFTER A TRAFFIC STOP

A Brookshire man was arrested Monday after a traffic stop.
Brenham Police report that Monday morning at 10:15, Officer Lauren Vieceli conducted a traffic stop at the 200 block of Highway 290 West. The driver, Coty Dejuan Fredrick, 30 of Brookshire, was found to have an active local warrant. Fredrick was placed under arrest and was transported to the Washington County Jail.
