ONE PERSON ARRESTED THURSDAY
One person was arrested by the Brenham Police Department Thursday.
They report that Thursday evening at 8:25, Officer Garrett Downs conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation. Upon further investigation, the passenger who was identified as Jzya Brown, 18 out of Bellville, was found to be in possession of marijuana. The driver who was identified as Jazavion McFarland, 20 out of Bellville, was issued a citation for having no driver's license.

Sure would love to see something other than marijuana charges on here. Never see theft or burglary charges being investigated getting solved….ever.
