BRENHAM MAN CHARGED WITH ASSAULT

A Brenham man was arrested Wednesday, charged with assault.
Brenham Police report that Wednesday night at 9:40, Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Highway 290 East in reference to a disturbance. Initial investigation revealed the victim sustained injuries from being assaulted. Ricky Lynn Alexander, 61 of Brenham, was placed in custody for Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member and transported to the Washington county Jail.
