THREE PEOPLE ARRESTED FRIDAY

  

Three people were arrested Friday after traffic stops.

Brenham Police report that Friday night at 9:20, Officer Stephen Mosley conducted a traffic stop at the 900 block of Highway 290 West.  A suspected THC vape pen, marijuana, and a weapon were located during a search of the vehicle The driver, Erica Henderson, 27 of Memphis, was charged with possession of marijuana and unlawfully carrying a firearm.  A passenger, Emery May Stiles, 25 of Georgetown, was charged with possession of marijuana. Both were transported to the Washington County Jail.

Then Friday night at 11:35, Officer Garrett Downs conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 200 block of Highway 290 East. Investigation revealed that the driver, Jerriae McClain, 22 of Burton, had been drinking. McClain was placed under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Washington County Jail.
