ONE PERSON ARRESTED FOR ASSAULT

One person was arrested Thursday, charged with assault.
Brenham Police report that Thursday afternoon at 1:40, Officer Brayton Rolling and Corporal Tina Bruno responded to the 700 block of South Park Street in response to a reported disturbance. Linda Martinez Coghlan, 52 of Brenham, was placed under arrest for Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member. Coghlan was transported to the Washington County Jail where she was booked in.
