THREE PEOPLE ARRESTED EARLY SUNDAY

  

Three people were arrested early Sunday in separate incidences.

Brenham Police report that early Sunday morning at 1:05, Officers were dispatched to a complainant call in the 2900 block of Highway 36 South. Investigation revealed Nathan Perez-Ugalde, age 18 was intoxicated in a public place. Perez was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail, where he was booked in for Public Intoxication.

Then at the same time, Officer Conforti conducted a traffic stop in the 2800 block of Highway 290 West. Investigation led to the arrest of the driver, Julio Cesar Lopez Soto, 31 of Lexington, for Driving While Intoxicated 3 or more offences. The front seat passenger, Armando Rios Vega, 26 of El Paso, was also arrested for Public Intoxication. Both were booked into the Washington County Jail.
