BRENHAM ISD MCJROTC CARDS DEADLINE EXTENDED

  

The Brenham ISD Marine Corps Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (MCJROTC) is extending an opportunity to local businesses to participate in its longstanding Discount Card Program for the 2024-2025 school year.

Since 1995, the program has been a key fundraising initiative for the MCJROTC, helping fund cadet travel, competitions, and field trips.

The MCJROTC has earned an impressive eight trips to the Nationals, with the support of local businesses playing a crucial role in these achievements.

MCJROTC Instructor Captain Jeffrey Bayse said this partnership has been essential to the cadets’ success, allowing them to participate in competitions, field trips, and national events.

According to Brenham ISD, over the years, many businesses have consistently stayed on the card, and recently, they have seen several new businesses express interest in joining.

As a result, they are extending the deadline to allow additional local businesses to sign up for a place on the Discount Card.

Participating businesses are asked to provide a discount that will remain active for the full year.
