GRAND JURY RETURNS 30 INDICTMENTS

  

The Washington County Grand Jury meet this week and returned 30 indictments.

Jessie James Andrews, 64 of Brenham, was indicted for Theft, less than $2500, with 2 or More Previous Convictions.

Kevin Bledsoe, 28 of Brenham, was indicted for Continuous Violence Against Family.

Charles Andrew Bolin, Jr., 29 of Burton, was indicted for Terroristic Threat against a Government Entity.

Arvin Tamarr Green, 23 of Brenham, was indicted for Deadly Conduct, Discharge of a Firearm.

Julio Cesar Lopez-Soto, 31 of Lexington, was indicted for Driving While Intoxicated, 3^rd Offence.

Detrick Nelms, 42 of Navasota, was indicted for Theft of Property between $2500 and $30,000.

Craig Andrew Peldo, 37 of Austin, was indicted for Fraudulent Possession or Use of Credit or Debit Cards.

Samantha Rochelle Phoenix, 33 of Brenham, was indicted for 2 cases of Harassment of a Public Servant.

Daniel Martinez Ramirez, 28 of Brenham, was indicted for Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passenger.

Jaylene Obrien Robinson, 22 of Brenham, was indicted for Deadly Conduct, Discharge of a Firearm.

Tatiana Alexandria Rojas, 26 of Houston, was indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility.

Gustavo Sanchez, 52 of Austin, Texas was indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility.

Aidan Cole Subda, 20 of Spring, was indicted for Assault of a Family Member by Impeding Breath.

Jaiden Simpson, 20 of Waller, was indicted for Burglary of a Habitation.

Christian Lamar Thomas, 23 of Brenham, was indicted for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and Assault of a Family Member with a Previous Conviction.

Johnnie Lee Washington, III, 52 of Navasota, was indicted for Driving While Intoxicated, 3rd or More Offences.

Five people were indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance They are: Javonte Cyrus, 34 of College Station, Javier Green, 25 of Houston,  John Warren Simank, 51 of Burton, Osha Latray Solomon, 29 of Temple, and Anthony Lee Vela, 35 of Brenham.

The following persons were previously indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury and have since been arrested so the name can now be released.

Hoang Nguyen, 48 of Houston, was indicted for Theft less than $2500, with 2 Previous Convictions.
