EARLY VOTING TO BEGIN MONDAY FOR NOVEMBER GENERAL ELECTION

  

Early voting begins on Monday for the November 5 General Election. Ballots may be cast at the Washington County Courthouse Annex.

Early voting hours for this week are 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday. Then, there will be special early voting days next Saturday, October 26, from 7am-7pm, and next Sunday, October 27, from 9am-3pm. Early voting then runs Monday, October 28, to Friday, November 1, from 7am to 7pm.

Washington County races include:

District 12 State Representative between Republican Trey Wharton and Democrat Dee Howard Mullins

U.S. Congressional District 10 between Republican incumbent Michael McCaul, Democrat Theresa Boisseau (Bwah-So), and Libertarian Jeff Miller

And State Board of Education District 10 between Republic incumbent Tom Maynard and Democrat Raquel Saenz Ortiz.

The Washington County specific races 21st and 335th District Court Judges, County Attorney, District Clerk, Sheriff, Tax Assessor-Collector, County Commissioners in Precincts 1 and 3, and the four constable positions are all unopposed.
