BURTON COMPLETES PERFECT DISTRICT RUN WITH SWEEP OVER SNOOK
The Burton Lady Panthers wrapped up their District 25-2A Championship run with a perfect 8-0 record after sweeping Snook in three straight sets last (Tuesday) night.
Prior to the game, the Panthers recognized their outgoing seniors Reagan Roemer, Kelsie Hohlt, and Bailey Glaesmann.
They then proceeded to sweep all three sets from the Lady Blue Jays 25-18, 25-4, and 25-16.

The win improves the Lady Panthers to 31-14 overall, and they finish 8-0 in district.
Burton will stay busy with a warm-up match for the playoffs. The Lady Panthers will host Giddings on Friday at 4pm at the Burton High School Gym.
In other district action from last (Tuesday) night: Mumford swept Somerville 3-0 (25-14, 25-22, and 25-20).
