ONE ALARM CALL FRIDAY FOR BRENHAM FIRE DEPT.
The Brenham Fire Department responded to an alarm call on Friday.
At 8:30 a.m., firefighters were dispatched to Blue Bell Creameries, 1101 South Blue Bell Road, for a fire alarm sounding.
Units arrived on location to find nothing showing from the exterior of the building.
An employee was outside waiting to advise the fire department that the alarm went off due to work being done on the alarm system. Firefighters proceeded to return to service.
