BURTON CHAMBER HOSTING CHRISTMAS LIGHT DECORATING CONTEST

  

The Burton Chamber of Commerce’s annual Christmas Light Decorating Contest is underway this week.

The contest is free and open to all homes and businesses inside Burton city limits.  Three categories are available to participate in: most traditional, most original and most fun.

To be judged, entrants must leave their lights on until 9 p.m. from tonight (Monday) through Saturday.

The winners will be announced on Saturday at the Burton Short Stop Ice House at 9 p.m.  Wagon rides to see all of the lights around town will be provided from 5:30 to 9 p.m.
