BRENHAM POLICE ARREST AUSTIN MAN FOR CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

An Austin man faces a Criminal Mischief charge after his arrest on Monday by Brenham police.
Shortly before 2:45 p.m., Officer Stephen Mosley responded to the 200 block of Highway 290 East to meet with a complainant. The caller reported a male subject was damaging property.
Officers made contact with 31-year-old Mohamed Amine Zaied and discovered he allegedly damaged property, estimated at over $750 in damages.
Zaied was placed under arrest for Criminal Mischief $750 - $2,500 and transported to the Washington County Jail.
