VERABANK TO OPEN LOCATION IN BRENHAM
A bank headquartered in East Texas plans to expand into Brenham.
VeraBank has announced its intent to open a new location in Brenham this summer, the bank’s first in Washington County and fourth in southeast Texas. The privately owned bank is based out of Henderson and serves 19 counties.
The full-service branch will be located in the Mecom Plaza shopping center at 2690 Becker Drive, offering in-person, mobile and online banking services.
The Brenham team will be led by VeraBank Vice President and Market President Josh Strong.
VeraBank CEO Brad Tidwell said the bank is eager to expand its reach, plant roots in Brenham and embrace the local spirit of the community.
