JAKOBY DIXON NAMED TO DAVE CAMPBELL/WHATABURGER SUPER TEAM

The honors continue to roll in for Brenham Cub RB Jakoby Dixon. Dixon has been named to the Dave Campbell’s Texas Football Whataburger Super Team.
Over 280,000 votes were cast on TexasFootball.com, and 40 athletes were chosen for the honor.
Dixon helped to lead the Cubs to an 11-2 record, and a district championship this past season with 2,248 rushing yards and 32 touchdowns.
The website has him listed as a four-star prospect, and said he has multiple offers from four-year universities nationwide, including just about every major college in Texas.
Head Coach Danny Youngs said, “It is not just the stats that make him special. It’s how he interacts with his teammates. He is truly a team leader and a community leader.”
