BURTON PANTHERS CRUSH SNOOK 19-2
The Burton Panthers picked up a dominating 19-2 win over the Snook Blue Jays on Tuesday.
Burton scored three runs in the top of the first inning. Snook came back with two runs in the bottom of the frame to cut it to a 3-2 game.
The Panthers came back with seven runs second inning and nine runs in the third inning to secure the win. The game was called after three innings due to the mercy rule.
In addition to their 11 hits, the Panthers also drew 11 walks, and took advantage of 12 errors by the Blue Jays.
