BRENHAM FFA TEAMS QUALIFY FOR STATE

  

Members of the Brenham High School FFA are going to State.

According to Brenham High School Ag Science Teacher and FFA Advisor Jordan Kaminski, a total of eight teams qualified.

The Nursery Landscape Team of Lindsey Hook, Ella Scheel, Madeline Pierce, and Morgan Westerfeld finished in third place for their category.

The Wool Team also finished in third place. The team members include Barnes Koehl, Michael Kettler, Leylan Schroeder, Calvin Wunderlich, and Ella Scheel.

The Poultry Team of Brooke Mulder, Addy Ross, McKenna Marsters, Addy Lange, and Hayden Hatfield came in fourth place.

The Farm Management Team of Kaitlynn Allen, Bryce Stein, and Avha Noor came in sixth place.

The Livestock Team finished in seventh place. Team members include Dawson Moran, Bailee Wilson, McKenzie Tiemann, and Colton Bilski.

The Dairy Team of Kaitlynn Allen, Emma Scheel, Samantha Mahlmann, and Kaylee Brown finished ninth overall.

Also qualifying for State is the Cotton Team of Lyla Blake, Haylie Niemeyer, Makenna Kmiec, and Caleb Landry.

The Forages Team is going to State as well. That group consists of Cullen Halfmann, Hayden Mika, Corbin Janner, and Colin Schomburg.
