BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED ON FAILURE TO APPEAR WARRANT
(Washington Co. Jail)
A Brenham man was arrested Thursday on an out-of-county warrant.
Shortly after 10 a.m., Brenham police officers were notified that there was a person in the 700 block of Medical Parkway with an active warrant.
After gathering more information, officers learned that 50-year-old David Ruiz Rojas had an active warrant out of Willacy County for Failure to Appear – Intoxication Assault with a Vehicle.
Rojas was placed into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail.
