CASA FOR KIDS TO HOLD GHOSTLY GALA NEXT WEEK

  

CASA for Kids of South Central Texas invite the public to join them for an evening of hauntingly good fun.

The organization is hosting their annual “Ghostly Gala” on Thursday, October 23, at 6pm at the Fireman’s Training Center in Brenham.

Costumes are encouraged, but not required for those planning to attend.

Last year’s Gala was a big success that saw CASA for Kids raise over $70,000.

CASA for Kids of South Central Texas serves Washington, Austin, Waller, and Colorado Counties.

When a child enters the foster care system, because his or her home is no longer safe, a judge may assign a Court Appointed Special Advocate.

Volunteers are screened, highly trained, and then appointed by judges to represent and advocate for a child’s best interests in the child protection system.
