BRENHAM FIREFIGHTERS RESPOND MONDAY TO CHIMNEY FIRE
The Brenham Fire Department was called out Monday night for a reported structure fire.
Approaching 8 p.m., members of the Brenham Fire Department and Berlin Volunteer Fire Department responded to the 6000 block of Hummingbird Road.
Units arrived and found a small fire at the top of the chimney. They extinguished the chimney fire and advised the homeowner to have the chimney cleaned before burning again.
The fire department reported no damage or injuries.
