AREA ROAD CLOSURES

  

The following roads are reported closed due to heavy rains and flooding in the area:

WASHINGTON CO.-FM 1948 at Lake Somerville

  FM 1155 near Old Plantation Road

  FM 2935 north of FM 577

  FM 1371 north of FM 1456

BRAZOS CO.-FM 1179 at Wickson Creek, near Grassbur Road.

BURLESON CO.-FM 696 at Hooker Creek-This is a washout area.  Closed for approximately two weeks.

  FM 2000 about four-miles from SH 21-This is a washout area.  Closed for approximately two weeks.

  FM 166 east of SH 36 closed due to flooding.

FREESTONE CO.-FM 489 at Keechi Creek, between FM 1848 and US 84

  FM 3059 at SH 75-This is a washout area.  Closed for approximately two weeks.

  FM 80 at Tehuacana Creek

LEON CO.-FM 1848 at Buffalo Creek

  FM 1119 at Boggy Creek

MADISON CO.-FM 2158

MILAM CO.-FM 437 at Donahue Creek

  FM 908 at Brushy Creek

  FM 1915 at Big Elm Creek.

  FM 486 at Alligator Creek

  FM 487 at San Gabriel

  FM 486 at Little River

  FM 1915 south of Buckholts

GRIMES CO.- FM 1774 at Caney creek closed

  FM 3090 north of FM 149 closed due to wash out.  Closed for approximately two weeks.

  FM 362 @ Beason creek closed 

  FM 244 @ Gibbons creek closed

WALKER CO.-FM 3478 at the Trinity River

  FM 2989, between IH-45 and FM 247

  FM 1791 at San Jacinto River
