A Hempstead resident has claimed a $1 million prize on a Texas Lottery scratch ticket game.
The winning ticket on the $1,000,000 Riches game was purchased at Fuel Maxx #60 at 45620 Highway 290 Business in Prairie View. The winner chose to remain anonymous.
For selling the winning ticket, the retailer may be eligible for a $10,000 bonus under the Texas Lottery’s Retailer Bonus Program.
This is the first of four top prizes worth $1 million to be claimed in the $10 scratch ticket game, which offers over $57.2 million in total prizes. The overall odds of winning any prize in the game, including break-even prizes, are one in 3.82.
