BRENHAM FIRE DEPT. CALLED OUT FOR BURNT PLUG AT DISPATCH CENTER
The Brenham Fire Department received one call late Tuesday night.
Just past 11 p.m., units were dispatched to the 911 dispatch center at 301 North Baylor Street for a report of a structure fire.
Nothing was showing from the exterior of the building. Firefighters found a plug that was burnt and contacted maintenance.
The City of Brenham Maintenance Department removed the burnt plug and turned the power off to that area. The fire department returned to service.
