‘LEADERSHIP WASHINGTON COUNTY’ PROGRAM ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS
The Washington County Chamber of Commerce is now accepting applications for the next installment of the “Leadership Washington County” program.
Over the course of the program, class members will gain a deeper understanding of Washington County through sessions focused on local government, education, healthcare, economic development and other key sectors. The goal is to equip participants with the knowledge, connections and insight needed to step into leadership roles across the community.
The class begins in August with an orientation meeting, with monthly, full-day sessions occurring from September to the following May.
Applications are due to the Chamber by Friday, July 24th. Enrollment is limited to 36 participants, who will be notified of their acceptance by July 29th.
Tuition covers program expenses including lunch, a custom shirt, and any special travel arrangements that may be needed.
