BRENHAM PET ADOPTION CENTER HAS BARN CATS AVAILABLE
The Brenham Pet Adoption Center has several barn cats in need of a job.
This week’s Pet of the Week is Harley, an 8-year-old domestic shorthair who is one of seven feral cats currently at the shelter.
Staff members at the shelter say the barn cats are low-maintenance and are a great way to take care of pests and keep unwanted critters off of the property.
The cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped and ear-tipped, and their adoption fees are waived.
Anyone interested in adopting a barn cat or learning about any of the other animals up for adoption or fostering can visit https://petfinder.com. To make an appointment, call 979-337-7351 or go to the Brenham Animal Services Facebook page.
