BRENHAM PET ADOPTION CENTER HAS BARN CATS APLENTY FOR ADOPTION
The Brenham Pet Adoption Center has several barn cats in need of a home and a job.
This week’s Pet of the Week is Emerald, a 7-month-old domestic shorthair who is one of 10 feral cats currently at the shelter.
Shelter staff says the barn cats offer property owners a great, low-maintenance way to take care of pests and keep unwanted critters away.
The cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped and ear-tipped. Their adoption fees are waived.
Anyone who would like to adopt a barn cat or any of the other animals available at the Brenham Pet Adoption Center can visit https://petfinder.com. Appointments can be set up through the Brenham Animal Services Facebook page or by calling 979-337-7351.
