SOMERVILLE MAN CHARGED WITH CAPITAL MURDER

A 28-year old Burleson County man has been charged with capital murder in the shooting death of Sheriff’s Deputy Adams Sowders, Thursday morning at a mobile home near Snook.

Henry Goedrich Magee, from Somerville was transferred to the Washington County Jail Thursday afternoon, where he is being held under a million bond.  Magee was arrested at the scene. The Burleson County Sheriff’s office says they are still investigating the incident with the Texas Rangers.
