FUSION UNIT MAKES TWO ARRESTS

  

The Brenham Police Department’s Fusion Unit arrested two people on active warrants Tuesday in separate incidents.

Tuesday morning, just before 9:00, Investigator Richard Bobbitt and Sgt. Carl Wiesepape responded to the 2700 block of Cheri Lane in an attempt to locate 24-year old Joshua Eric Bryan, of Brenham.

Bryan had an outstanding warrant for motion to revoke, possession of a controlled substance under 1 gram, a third degree felony.

Bryan was at the residence and was taken into custody.

At noon, Bobbitt and Wiesepape then went to Hempstead to arrest 24-year old Tiffany Ann Toliver, who had an active warrant for motion to revoke, for credit card abuse, which is also a third degree felony.

With the assistance of the Waller County Sheriff’s Office, Toliver was arrested at her place of employment.
