BRENHAM MAN CHARGED WITH ROBBERY
(Washington Co. Jail)
A Brenham man is behind bars after his arrest for Aggravated Robbery, Sunday night.
Police were called out to the Center Drive In Number-1, on West Alamo, just after 11:00 p.m.
A man said someone had hit him in the head with a gun, then taken his cell phone and some items he’d just purchased at the store.
Police Cpl. Edward Ortega located 29-year old Nicolas Eugene Randle at the intersection of Mulberry and Wilkins. Randle matched the description given by the victim.
According to police, a search of Randle turned up a .357 revolver and items taken from the victim.
Randle is charged with Aggravated robbery.
