BRENHAM MAN CHARGED WITH TAMPERING WITH EVIDENCE

A Brenham man faces a charge of Tampering with Evidence after his arrest Friday night.
Cpl. Justin Schiller conducted a traffic stop just before 11:00 p.m. at the intersection of E. Blue Bell Rd. and Brown street.
As he approached the vehicle, he says could smelt he marijuana, and the driver, 37-year old Kelvin Earl Moorer, was attempting to swallow part of a marijuana cigarette which he admitted he had been smoking prior to the stop.
Moorer is charged with Tampering with evidence.
