NAVASOTA STORE BURGLARIZED

Navasota Police are investigating a burglary at a convenience store over the weekend.

The break-in occurred at the Shell station on Highway 6 at the intersection of Highway 90.

According to authorities, two men used a large tool to break the glass on the front door and take a cash box located inside.

The two made off with over $3,000 in cash and caused over $9,000 in damage to the building.

A cashier at the store says the break in was caught on the store's surveillance camera.

Owners of the store have been sharing the tape on Facebook, in an effort to find out who's responsible for the break in.

No arrests have yet been made.

We were robbed around 3:00 am Sunday. If you have any info please call the store or Navasota PD.
