WALLER RESIDENT ARRESTED FOR POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DELIVER
On Tuesday, February 23, 2016, Deputy Mark Morales initiated a traffic stop on a suspicious vehicle near a business in Chappell Hill.

While conducting a consented inventory of the vehicle, 10 grams of crystal methamphetamines were discovered throughout the front area of the vehicle.
The driver was identified as 36 year old Waller resident, Ralph Stanley Makowski. Makowski was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, more than 4 but less than 200 grams, a first degree felony, and was booked into the jail. Makowski currently remains in the Washington County Jail under a $250,000 bond.
