BRENHAM POLICE MAKE POSSESSION ARRESTS
Three people face possession charges after their arrests Monday by Brenham Police.
Just before 3:00 a.m., Cpl. Jared Campbell responded to the 400 block of E. Germania in reference to a suspicious vehicle.
As he spoke with the occupants, he says he could smell the strong odor of marijuana.
During a search, marijuana was located and both occupants were arrested.
18-year old Reuben James Harmon and 18-year old Wesley Tate Rietcheck, both of Concordia, Kansas are charged with Possession of marijuana.
Monday night, just before 7:00, Cpl. David Dudenhoeffer conducted a traffic stop in the intersection of Jackson and College Streets.
During the stop, he says he could smell the strong odor of marijuana. A search located a jar containing THC. One of the occupants, 19-year Tyrin Foley of San Antonio, claimed ownership.
He is charged with Possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone.
