BRAZOS COUNTY HOSTS RELAY FOR LIFE

  

Brazos County is hosting their “Relay for Life” this evening (Friday) to benefit the American Cancer Society.

Relay for Life Brazos County is being held at Brazos County Expo Center in the fair lot from 7:00pm to 7:00am.

Stephanie Chessom with the Brazos Relay for Life says there will be an opening ceremony at 7:00pm followed by a survivors and care givers lap. A luminaria ceremony is set for 10:00pm with the closing ceremony scheduled for 7:00am.

Chessom went on to say that over 1,000 people including teams, individuals, survivors, and caregivers are expected to attend.
