LEE COUNTY OUTDOOR EXTRAVAGANZA THIS SATURDAY
The Lee County Wildlife Association’s Outdoor Extravaganza is set for this Saturday, September 10th.
The event will take place at Giddings High School. Sign-in begins at 7 a.m. and the morning sessions take place from 8 a.m. until 12 p.m. The morning sessions include: Deer Supplement Feeding, Q&A Agriculture and Wildlife Exemption, Brush Management, Hog Control, Identifying Animal Tracks, and Knife Sharpening Techniques.
The 12 p.m. session will be a Hog Trap Demonstration.
The afternoon sessions will take place from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and feature: Outdoor Emergency Preparedness, Mossy Oak- Game Camera Basics, Wildlife Food Plot Management, Deer Aging and Snake Identification, and Rifle and Pistol Cleaning Maintenance.
Registration before September 8th is $10. On-site registration is $15. Children under 11 are have free admission.
