YPO ACCEPTING DONATIONS FOR ANIMAL RESCUE

  

The Young Professionals Organization of Washington County is now accepting donations thru December on behalf of True Blue Animal Rescue (T-Bar).

True Blue Animal Rescue was created in January of 2004 with the goal of fostering all animals in need. They take in abused, neglected or abandoned animals, rehabilitates them and finds them great homes. T-Bar operates solely on donations and grants.

Any donations go directly to the vet care, rehabilitation, and feeding of rescued animals.

YPO will be accepting donations in the forms of: food, toys, beds, cleaning supplies. For monetary donations, please visit t-bar.org.

Donations can be brought to an YPO Happy Hour or can be dropped off at Katie Matthews’ Edward Jones office located at 1304 Hwy 105 in Brenham. For more information, call 979-571-4054.

YPO will be having their next Happy Hour this Thursday at Wild Bill’s near Lake Somerville. It’s a chance to mingle with other young professionals in Washington County, and the event offers great burgers and cold beverages. Happy Hour will take place from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
