BURTON MAN FACES ANOTHER D.W.I. ARREST

A Burton man faces a felony Driving While Intoxicated charge after his arrest for at least the third time.
46-year old Sergio Francisco Rojas was pulled over late Saturday night by Brenham Police.
Cpl. Lance Weiss pulled over Rojas near the intersection of FM-389 and Highway 290, around 10:15 p.m.
Weiss says he could smell alcohol on Rojas’ breath.
Rojas then failed a field sobriety test and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated—3rd or More Offense.
