BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED ON INTOXICATION/POSSESSION CHARGES
A Brenham man faces charges after his arrest during a disturbance, Friday night.
23-year old Cody Evan Supak was arrested after police were called out to the 400 block of Duprie Drive.
According to Sgt. Joseph Merkley, Supak was intoxicated and causing a disturbance with his parents.
He fled the area prior to officer’s arrival but was located soon after.
Supak was arrested for Public Intoxication and during a search, officers located a small amount of marijuana.
Supak is charged with Public Intoxication and Possession of Marijuana.
