GRASS FIRE IN GAY HILL
An unattended controlled burn caused a small grass fire in the Gay Hill area of Washington County Friday afternoon.
The Brenham and Gay Hill Fire Departments were called out to 8900 Old Gay Hill Road at 1:48 p.m. Friday to fight a small grass fire. They quickly extinguished the fire, which had burned a half acre of grass.
