AUSTIN CO. FAIR ASSOCIATION ACCEPTING SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS
The Austin County Fair Association is now taking scholarship applications.
Eligible applicants of all scholarships must be a graduating high school senior, and rank in the top 50 percent of their graduating class. They must also be an active member in good standing of Texas FFA, 4-H, or the FCCLA.
Applications must include an official high school transcript, photograph and a letter of recommendation. The Austin County Fair Scholarship Committee will review all applications and select recipients.
All applications can be found on the Austin County Fair website, www.austincountyfair.com, or in the counselors’ office at area high schools. They can also be picked up at the Austin County Fair Office, on Highway 159 East in Bellville.
Applications need to be submitted to the Fair Office no later than 5 p.m. on April 15th, or to the student’s high school counselor by the end of the school day on the 15th.
