BPD ASKING FOR HELP IN SEARCH FOR SUSPECTS

Brenham police are asking for the public’s help as they search for two robbery suspects.

The suspects, both described as white males in their early 20’s, first approached the victim Sunday at approximately 2 a.m. as she was sitting in her vehicle outside the Manor Apartments, in the 400 block of W. 5th Street.

She said they opened the doors of her car, and on seeing her inside, ran back to a diesel truck parked behind her car. She said she didn’t see the truck, but could hear it.

She says the suspects then came back to her vehicle, wearing white bandanas over their faces.

She says one of the suspects held a large hunting knife to her throat and demanded money and her cell phone, taking her wallet, which had approximately $6 in it. Her cell phone was valued at $500.

The only other information she was able to provide is that the suspect who had the knife was wearing a ball cap and a dark grey or black zip up hoodie.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Brenham Police at 979 337-7337.

  1. wow! I live right in the middle of those apartments. I will keep an eye out forsure. Would have definitely helped if she would have looked to see what kind of truck they were in.
