BRENHAM POLICE REPORT

  

 Cpl Justin Schiller conducted a traffic stop on Tuesday, around 8:46 pm, where he met up with the driver,

nineteen-year-old Alexus Green of Brenham.

Schiller could smell the strong odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle, and saw smoke inside the car.

He had both occupants step out of the car, and he conducted a probable cause search.

Schiller said he found the drug paraphernalia, which the driver admitted was hers.

Schiller noticed the driver had something green in her mouth, and she admitted to having chewed up the marijuana in an attempt to get rid of it.

Green was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail, charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence.

  1. I cannot wait until marijuana is legalized in texas so the sherrifs department in Washington county and the Brenham police department have something better to do with their time and our tax money than drive around trying to arrest people for possession of a plant.

    1. FYI…..there was a time in America, long time ago, when marajuana was legal and alcohol was illegal.
