BURTON BRIDGE MINISTRY DELAYS REOPENING
The Bridge Ministry of Burton has indefinitely delayed the planned reopening of its thrift store.
The Corner Shoppe had planned to reopen Thursday July 9th. However, Ministry officials have delayed that reopening indefinitely.
Executive Susie Tommaney says the Ministry is taking its cue from Governor Greg Abbott, who has put a pause on reopening plans.
Tommaney says the group is looking forward to resuming operations when it is safe to do so.
