CARMINE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE CASINO NIGHT CANCELLED

  

After being postponed from August into October, the 6^th Annual Carmine Chamber of Commerce Casino Night has been cancelled.

The event was scheduled for October 10^th at the Carmine Hall.  Chamber President Marlene Waak said event organizers looked into ways to hold the event outside to keep with COVID-19 requirements, but could not figure out a way to do so.

Waak said the Chamber still plans to hold Carmine Night Out in conjunction with the Carmine Volunteer Fire Department.  The event, which will include a flag retirement ceremony, is scheduled for October 15^th at the Carmine Fire Station, beginning at 6 p.m.

Plans are also still in place to host the Carmine Christmas Fest December 6^th at the Carmine Hall from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Vendors will be welcome, and kettle-cooked beef stew and old-fashioned burgers will be sold.  To place an order or to sign up as a vendor, call Waak at 979-451-1507.
