Jury Duty Canceled-County Court At Law Judge Eric Berg

If you have been called for jury service for Friday, September 30, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. in the County Court At Law Courtroom for Judge Eric Berg, your services are no longer required.  All three defendants scheduled for jury trial the week of October 3, 2022 have entered pleas of "guilty" and a jury trial is no longer necessary.  Thank you for your willingness to serve, but anyone called for jury duty in the County Court At Law no longer needs to appear.  Please not that this notice does no affect the District Court and anyone with jury duty in the District Court still need to appear.
