Washington Co. Ladies Lions Club Meeting

The Washington County Ladies Lions Club will meet Monday, August 26 at noon at the Cannery Kitchen. Texas Lions Camp directors:  Past Dist Governor Lion Vance Elliott of Columbus and Sheriff Lion Wayne Dickey of Bryan will present five Jack Weisch Fellowships to members of the club.  These JWF awards are following the Clubs donation of $5,000 recently to the TLC. The club sponsored a camper to TLC this year as well.  The JWF acknowledges donations in support of the camp facility improvements, programs and general needs. Presentations include an inscribed plaque and lapel pin.  Guest speaker is Teresa Rosales, The City of Brenham Economic and Community Development Director.  RSVP is not required, lunch is available.
