GRAND JURY HANDS DOWN INDICTMENTS FOR ROBBERY, AGGRAVATED ASSAULT AND A MAJOR THEFT
The Washington County Grand Jury handed down indictments for suspects of aggravated robbery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and a major theft from a business in this week’ s session.
Also indicted for the aggravated assault with a deadly weapon was 40-year old Andrew Crawford for an incident in September of last year.
District Attorney Julie Renken says 46-year old Raul Silva allegedly attacked his wife with a machete in a domestic violence incident on October 23rd.
Renken says 29-year old Jose Edward Vasquez was indicted for beating an elderly man and robbing him of his wallet last June 30th.
Fifty-two year old Larry Dean Carmack of Brenham was indicted for assault family violence with previous convictions and evading arrest in an incident that happened November 18th.
Thirty-five year old Jammie Castillo of Austin was indicted for stealing a car on November 13th .
Thirty-year old Jacqlyn Estrella of Spring was also indicted for the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle for an incident in October of last year.
Twenty-four year old William Herrera of Brenham was indicted for possession of a controlled substance.
Eighteen year old Andy Lee Ivy of Muldoon, Texas was a former employee of Carey’s Window Tint on South Market. District Attorney Julie Renken says he allegedly broke into his place of employment and stole a cash box. He too, was indicted in this week’s session of the grand jury.
